Achille Pinto has adopted a web IT platform managed by a specialized third party, which is able to guarantee compliance with local regulations to protect the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower, the person reported, any third parties/witnesses cited and the facts reported in the report.

Our whistleblowing program provides a safe and confidential channel to report fraudulent, illegal or non-compliant behavior with company regulations.

Achille Pinto S.p.A. has adopted the model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 for the prevention of offences committed in the interest and to the advantage of the company and has appointed the Supervisory Board endowed with autonomous powers of initiative and control in accordance with the provisions of the law.
